If you sign up by your self, you can cancel the tour 48 hours before the start., or we charge the full amount.
For group bookings we have 14 days cancelation policy, or we charge the full amount.
If the wind is very strong, Wetlands Safari will cancel the tour without cost.
We can’t take any responsibility for personal or material damage caused by participation with one of our activities.
Wetlands Safari offer life jackets, but it is preferable that you can swim, even it is a small chance that you will tip over.
The canoes are strong, but for extreme big persons we can not be responsible for fitting you in the canoe.
